ひとりなべ HiToRiNaBe A hotpot for one. It is a trend in Japan to be alone ... so there are many restaurants targeting single person. When I travel to Japan, I sometime eat alone. I don't feel lonely when you go to a restaurant that is designed for one person....

Increasing Japanese Yen Value
Japanese Yen has increased in value in last few week. People are moving away from China and starting to look at Japan more closely. It makes everything made in Japan more expensive but at the same time it will make Japanese consumer stronger.
