  • うちへ忘れ物を取りに帰ります。

  • 母が空港に行って、向かいに来ます。
    はは が くうこう に いって、むかい に きます。
    My mother will go to the airport to come pick me up.

「に」 indicates that N is the duration that serves as the basis for measuring the frequency within a certain period or the duration of an action or an event over a certain period of time.

    We have exams three times a term.
  • 1日に2時間ピアノを練習します。
    いちにち に にじかん ピアノ を れんしゅう します 。
    I practice the piano two hours a day.
  • 1日に1時間プールで泳ぎます。
