Suki means "Like"
You can simply say

あなた好き ... Anata (You) Suki (like) ... I like you.

たまご好き ... Tamago (Egg) Suki (like) ... I Like egg(s).

The opposite of Suki is Kirai 嫌い　きらい

わたし嫌い ... Watashi (i) Kirai (Hate/Dislike)

This could mean two things. (1) I have myself. (2) I hate ___.
